Confidence change in opinion space

Experiment 4:

2D kernel density distribution of Experiment 4, Non-Interactive condition
2D kernel density distribution of Experiment 4, Interactive condition.
2D kernel density distribution of Experiment 4, difference between Interactive and Non-Interactive condition. Contrast I>NI.

Experiment 5:

Experiment 5. 2D kernel density distribution in the Non-Interactive condition.
Experiment 5. 2D kernel density distribution in the Interactive condition.
Experiment 5. 2D kernel density distribution in the Interactive plus Self reminder condition.

Experiment 5. 2D kernel density distribution of the difference between the Interactive and Non-Interactive conditions. Contrast I>NI.

Experiment 5. 2D kernel density distribution of the difference between Interactive plus Self reminder condition and the Non-Interactive condition. Contrast Is>NI.

Experiments 4 and 5 (pooled data):

Experiment 4-5 – Confidence update in opinion space. All conditions (Interactive, Non-Interactive, Interactive+reminder) are pooled together.
Experiment 4-5 – Contrast between Interactive and Non-Interactive conditions, expressed in confidence coordinates. Greatest contrast can be seen on the point of maximum agreement and the point of maximum uncertainty.

Experiment 8 (Human Dynamic Clamp):

Experiment 8 – Confidence change in opinion space when model is dominant. The model quickly converges to the agreement boundary or half scale below in disagreement trials.
Experiment 8 – Confidence change in opinion space when the subject is dominant. Given that the model simply mirrors subject’s confidence some disagreement trials exit the boundaries of the opinion space.
